Anyone! Whether you’re a beginner, a casual walker, or a competitive walking athlete, our resources are designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve their health goals.
While 10,000 steps a day is a popular goal, research shows that any increase in daily steps improves health. Start with a realistic target (e.g., 5,000 steps) and gradually increase your goal based on your fitness level.
Of course, you can! We support making a strong bond with your loved ones even if you are staying away from them. Any type of food from your home is allowed.Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.
Before walking, eat a light meal or snack with healthy carbs (e.g., banana, oatmeal, whole grains) for energy. After walking, focus on protein and healthy fats (e.g., eggs, nuts, lean meats) to aid recovery.
Hydration is key! Drink at least 16 oz (500 ml) of water an hour before walking and sip 4-8 oz (120-240 ml) every 15-20 minutes during long walks.
